Who Diana Works With
Diana works with teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and attachment-related issues. She has a particular passion for helping people understand the patterns beneath their struggles so they can build healthier relationships, feel more connected to themselves, and create lasting change.
Approaches Used
Diana believes that therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation rather than a one-size-fits-all process. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, gaining deeper self-understanding, and working toward meaningful change.
She tailors therapy to each individual, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet every client's unique needs, experiences, and goals.
Diana's work is informed by:
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

My Story
Diana’s interest in psychotherapy grew out of her early work with young girls in day camps and after-school programs designed to support self-esteem and healthy body image. She was inspired by the energy and creativity of these group settings, but found the most meaningful moments in the quieter one-on-one conversations—when a child shared something personal or discovered a new way to understand her emotions. Those moments deepened Diana’s appreciation for authentic connection and the power of being seen and understood.
This curiosity about emotional experience and human connection naturally evolved into her career as a psychotherapist. Today, Diana integrates attachment theory and emotion-focused therapy to help clients explore the patterns that shape their relationships and reconnect with their core needs for security and belonging.
Her approach is calm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can safely explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves. Diana’s work is guided by the belief that lasting change grows from awareness, acceptance, and a deepened sense of connection—with oneself and others.
